monday ran 2.4 i ran like 18 minutes. i swear i ran more than i needed to. i bet i ran 16 rounds. i was like clearly faster than some people. then they suddenly finish before me. i was shocked. but who cares.im not happy with my score , so im re running. and im going to work on my arm .when i go gym on friday im going to train on my arm like hell. a hell lot. then saturday i'll go run 3 km in the morning up and down the slope for 30 times. that should be 3 km. then i'll do crunches and all. i need to lose wieght! im am so fat. everyone agrees.

tuesday;training ms quek said we have to do hope run. which is 4 km. she said 2 minutes for 200 m which would be 1 minute for 100 m . then we complained. she made us run 6 rounds for warm up. throw and catch ,agility training was fun. then she test our footwork.

wednesday;i think that how to spell wednednesday ,idk. the rest of the class ran 2.4 today. lingmin ran superrr fast like 12 min she was done. thats like 1 minute 200 metres. so yeah. she runs well. she knows how to fly.and fly well.
so i shall train on my arms and calf. it's superr big and fat ,so i'll have to work on that.
